TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAY

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Casino" refers to Hard Rock Casino Vancouver's gaming establishment, "Player" refers to any individual who participates in gaming activities at The Casino, "Game" refers to any game offered by The Casino, and "Gaming" includes all forms of betting or wagering on games.
ACCEPTANCE
By entering the premises of The Casino or participating in any Gaming activity, Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If a Player does not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, they should immediately exit the premises or refrain from participating in Gaming.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Player must be at least 19 years of age (or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction) to participate in any Gaming activity. The Casino reserves the right to request Player's identification and proof of age upon entering the premises.
PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
Player is responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds to cover all Gaming losses before participating in any Game. The Casino shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of their participation in Gaming activities.
GAME RULES
All Games offered at The Casino are subject to the rules and regulations stipulated on the relevant information sheets, which can be obtained from staff or posted on the premises. Players must familiarize themselves with these rules before participating in any Game.
PAYOUT RESTRICTIONS
The minimum payout for any single win shall be $1.00 (or a higher amount as determined by The Casino). Any winnings over this amount will be paid to Player upon request, subject to the following conditions: (i) completion of all necessary documentation; and (ii) surrendering identification and proof of age.
BONUS AND PROMOTIONAL TERMS
Any bonuses or promotional offers provided by The Casino are subject to specific terms and conditions. These may include wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, time limits for redemption, or other restrictions as deemed necessary by The Casino. By participating in these promotions, Players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the relevant bonus/promotional terms.
RIGHT TO ALTER OR CANCEL
The Casino reserves the right to alter or cancel any Game at its sole discretion without prior notice to Player. This may include changes to rules, payout rates, availability of Games, or other modifications as deemed necessary by The Casino.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Players are advised that Gaming activities can be hazardous and potentially addictive. The Casino encourages responsible gaming practices and makes available information on problem gambling resources for Players seeking assistance.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Casino shall not be liable to Player or any third party for any losses arising from a Game (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages, or lost profits). By participating in Gaming activities, Players acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with such activities.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws. Any disputes arising from a Game or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the applicable regulatory authority in accordance with their rules.
CHANGES AND UPDATES
The Casino may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Player, except where required otherwise under law. Continued participation in Gaming activities after such modification shall constitute acceptance of revised Terms and Conditions.
COMPLETENESS

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between The Casino and Player with respect to Gaming activities conducted on the premises or online through any digital platform owned by The Casino, including all rules governing Game outcomes, bonuses, and promotional offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the laws, these Terms shall prevail.

By participating in Gaming at Hard Rock Casino Vancouver's establishment, Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions.
